  • Social etiquette — translating polite expressions (e.g., “Thank you very much”)
  • Oral reading — correct pronunciation and intonation of a passage about morning routine
  • Conversation — responding to questions about health, school name, and nationality
• Section B: Grammar & Written Comprehension
  • Vocabulary — matching food/everyday items to images (pomme, poulet, pain, jus d’orange, chou)
  • Conjugation — present tense of être, habiter, avoir, manger, aller
  • Articles and prepositions — un/une, à la/au, de/du, en/au
  • Adverbs of quantity — beaucoup de, un peu de, trop de
  • Personal information — completing a French club registration form
