Any individual, institution, website, or organization found engaging in unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of ElimuCloud content may face legal action, including:

  • Copyright infringement claims
  • Financial penalties and damages
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Reporting to hosting providers and search engines
  • Criminal prosecution where applicable under copyright laws

ElimuCloud respects the copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights of others, and we expect all users to do the same.
