  • Word processor interface — naming labeled parts (e.g., toolbar, ribbon, scroll bar)
  • Utility software — matching antivirus, disk cleanup, file compression, backup utility to their functions
  • Communication technologies — tools used in a modern Kenyan office
  • Computer security — physical protection of computers
  • File Explorer — identifying file management operations
• Section B
  • User interfaces — identifying GUI and CLI; advantages of GUI for beginners; steps to change desktop background
